IT Support Field Engineers

Working within a busy team your main duties will include:

• Troubleshooting hardware & software problems at a variety of customer locations in the Merseyside area.
• Installation of SBS networks, PCs, Printers, Anti Virus, Backup Solutions and Routers
• Maintenance and support of Microsoft Windows Small Business Servers 2003, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.

Personal Specification:

We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years experience within a field based IT role. The successful candidate will also display the following qualities:

• Excellent organisational & communication skills
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and customer focused
• Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
